LEGAL REQUIREMENTS AND DISCLAIMERS

*Due to the sensitive nature of the business, Heaven’s Armory has the right to turn down any sale for any reason, and has the right to refuse service*

Heaven’s Armory supports all local laws and regulations surrounding weaponry, including firearms. Some products carried by Heaven’s Armory can be dangerous or even lethal when misused. All products sold through Heaven’s Armory are used at the operator’s risk. You accept full responsibility for your actions while using any of our products and will regard with due care any and all safety precautions and advisories regarding the products.

It is the responsibility of the customers to check with and comply with all state, local, and federal laws in regards to the products they are requesting.

By purchasing from our site, you hold Heaven’s Armory and its employees harmless against any suits or claims for bodily injury or property damage in connection with any products. We have strict quality control and inspect our shipments on arrival into the United States as well. 

All orders are subject to applicable state, local, and federal sales taxes. 

Credit card fraud is a criminal offense and those caught in this offense will be subject to prosecution, arrest, and/or financial retribution. Heaven’s Armory tracks all IP addresses and reports fraudulent activity.

Not all pictures may be to scale or to exact specs. We reserve the right to update the information on this site including pricing, images, services, specifications, availability, special promotions, information, or functionality at any time without notice. We reserve the right to change any part of this agreement at any time.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Heaven’s Armory is happy to place special orders for anything you may want that is not on our website. If you have any inquiries or requests, please contact us through phone or email to set up the order. All special orders require a 20% non-refundable deposit and a written agreement verifying Heaven’s Armory has permission to order the item. 

DISCOUNTS AND FEES

Our transfer fee is $40 with $20 for each additional firearm. If you are a veteran, first responder, or firearms instructor, it is $30 with $20 for each additional firearm.. Veterans and first responders get 5% off anything on the website as well. If the customer requests a quote and the employee knows this, the quote will include the discount. A valid ID that matches the customer’s driver’s license will be required with purchase to redeem any discounts. 

PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE

It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 business days of purchase. Return your item(s) to us and enclose the completed return form (if applicable) from your original packing slip. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If your return is not received, it is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest using a return shipping method with tracking. If you would like to request a return, please email info@www.heavensarmory.com for further information. 

Sales on the following items are final:

-Special orders. (Includes custom engraving, sharpening, etc.)

-Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.

-NFA items.

-Illumination devices, electronic sights, and optics.

USED FIREARMS

Used firearms may not be returned. All sales are final. Description and photos (if available) are provided by the seller.

GENERAL FIREARM SALES

All firearms, magazines, receivers, and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines, and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

If you live in any of the following states, your request or purchase will be subject to further investigation to ensure compliance with state laws:  California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Washington DC, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania (Philadelphia specifically), Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington. At this time, Heaven’s Armory does not ship anywhere other than the contiguous 50 states, and does not ship ammo to Hawaii or Alaska. 

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories, and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

SECURE TRANSMISSION

All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A Transport Layer Security (TLS) Certificate (or SSL Certificate) creates an encrypted connection between a Web site and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

Items will be shipped on Mondays and Thursdays. 

ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures, or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order, we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.

AMMUNITION PURCHASES

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with an adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.

*Some items are made to order and may not ship right away, even if it says “in stock”. If this is a concern, please email info@www.heavensarmory.com and we will be happy to try to get an estimated ship date. We will send out a tracking number with your order as soon as it ships from the warehouse.
